Review of ZenaoDuring my recent five-day stay at Zenao while exploring Strasbourg, Colmar, and Baden-Baden, I discovered a blend of comfort and practicality. Nestled within a retirement community, the hotel offers a calm atmosphere, yet some facilities like laundry were inaccessible, which was inconvenient. The apartment itself was spacious, accommodating me, my companion, and our small dog quite well. Basic amenities were provided, including a Wi-Fi connection, a refrigerator, and a cozy bed. the terrace provided an inviting space for fresh air, though the kitchen lacked essential utensils, requiring an impromptu trip to the supermarket. Zenao delivers good value for the price, especially for pet owners seeking tranquility. Minor enhancements in kitchen supplies and laundry accessibility could greatly improve the guest experience. A thoughtful choice for those mindful of budget versus luxury.
